1. Open Devices & Printers menu from the Control Panel.
   
   
   
   

2. Right click the label printer, and select printer properties.
   
   
   
   

3. Select Preferences...
   
   
   
   

4. Select inch under Paper Format & modify the paper size to have a width of 4 and a height of 6. Then click Apply & OK.
   
   
   
   

5.  Select the advanced tab at the top of the window & select Printing Defaults.
   
   
   
   

6. Repeat step 4 in the current window.
   
   

7. Calibrate the printer, through one of two methods; View file

   height	250

   View file
   name GK420d Printer Configuration.docx height 250

   1. When on site, facing the printer
      
      1. Press and hold the feed button until you see 4 (four) consecutive flashes
      2. The printer will print a couple of labels and stop.
      3. Perform a test print and validate result.
         OR
   2. Remotely (this may require elevated privileges)
      1. Go to Devices and printers
      2. Right click on the printer in question and select Printer properties
