Installing a Zebra GK420d on Windows

Default Label Size for OneFlo

There are two places where changes need to be made: Printing Preferences and Printing Defaults.

  1. Navigate to the Control Panel > Open Devices and Printers . (The name may vary depending on which version of Windows you have. It may be called Printers and Scanners )

  2. Right click the label printer, and select printer properties Printing preferences.

    Select Preferences...

    Select inch under Paper Format & modify the paper size to have a width of 4 and a height of 6. Then click Apply & OK.

     Select the advanced tab at the top of the window & select Printing Defaults.

    Repeat step 4 in the current window.Image Added

  3. In the Options tab Change the printer settings to match the below:

    Then Apply and OK.

  4. And then, right click the label printer, and select Printer Defaults.

    Click the Advanced tab > Printing Defaults... > Change the settings here to match the settings in step 3.

    Then Apply and OK.

Calibrating the Printer

  1. Calibrate the printer, through one of two methods;

    1. When on site, facing the printer
      1. Press and hold the feed button until you see 4 (four) consecutive flashes
      2. The printer will print a couple of labels and stop.
      3. Perform a test print and validate result.
        OR
    2. Remotely (this may require elevated privileges)
      1. Go to Devices and printers
      2. Right click on the printer in question and select Printer properties
