Can't find the printer in the Printer Config page? |
Solution
Sometimes, the printer cannot be detected while trying to configure the printers for AutoPrint. If the printer is detectable on the computer, try restarting the Print Spooler service.
- Select Start > typing Services > Search for Print Spooler > Right click on the service > Click Restart.
- You may need to log out of OneFlo and log back in to see the changes.
