Customer cannot print labels automatically when consigning |
Solution
To troubleshoot this issue, please follow these steps:
- Press the Windows button > Search for Services > Navigate through the services to find OneFlo Autoprint service > Check if the service is running.
- If the service is not running, try restarting the service by clicking on the options to the left of the services or by right clicking on the service and selecting Start.
- Create a test consignment to ensure AutoPrint is working again.
