There are two places where changes need to be made: Printing Preferences and Printing Defaults.

And then, right click the label printer, and select Printer Defaults.
Click the Advanced tab > Printing Defaults... > Change the settings here to match the settings in step 3.

Then Apply and OK.
Calibrating the Printer
Calibrate the printer, through one of two methods;
- When on site, facing the printer
- Press and hold the feed button until you see 4 (four) consecutive flashes
- The printer will print a couple of labels and stop.
- Perform a test print and validate result.
OR
- Remotely (this may require elevated privileges)
- Go to Devices and printers
- Right click on the printer in question and select Printer properties
