To check that the pickup request has been successful, select Bookings then Booking History on the side menu. This will take to you a screen that

This page will show you if your booking was successful or has failed.

A successful booking will have a response of the account number followed by a booking

number ie 80185494:5331223

A failed booking will show a

little red symbol on the left hand menu. Response / Status When successful a booking number will be displayed.
