Introduction
OneFlo is a single portal to manage your domestic road freight logistics. Designed to the idea of simplifying logistics the portal has a user friendly interface to allow for very fast creation of consignments, manifesting, quoting and track and trace functions.
This guide covers the top line user functions of OneFlo.
OneFlo lives in the cloud, allowing it to be accessed from anywhere at anytime via a web browser. You can access OneFlo at portal.oneflo.com.au
Logging In
Go to portal.oneflo.com.auYour User Name and Password will be allocated to you by your Account Manager. Note: Your Previous log in credentials from SendIT will work with OneFlo. If you do not have a user ID please contact your Account Manager or Client Services and they will arrange to have one set up for you.
Important To ensure that all functions work within OneFlo, please enable all popups or specifically from from portal.oneflo.com.au domain.
Portal Home Page
The home page consist of the main menu and current freight data graphs, the freight locator and quotes.
Graphs are used to give you a snap shot of your consignments over the past month.Quoting - Quick Quote
The ability to get a quick quote can be found on the home page. Enter Sender Location Enter Receiver Location Enter quantity and dimensions of items Enter quantity and dimensions of items
- Repeat above for multiple items of different sizes.
- Once complete click Calculate
- Receive Quote
The system will then generate a quote using the agreed rates, rates will appear in order of cheapest to most expensive. Also listed is the ETA for each service.
Request Processing
Important to note that when OneFlo is processing any requests, a green loading bar will be shown at the top of the page just under the header.Processing bar
Consigning - Consignment Sent By You
From the side menu, select Consignment and then click on the Create Outbound from the drop down menu.
Return Consignments
From the side menu, select Consignment and then click on the Create Return from the drop down menu.
Third Party Consignments
This function is for consignments that are neither ‘From’ or ‘To’ your site but are still bookings that you create Note: Remember to allow popups The exact same process needs to be followed as for creating a return consignment, however the pickup address will need
to be entered as well as the receiver details.
Modifying a Consignment
To modify a consignment before it is manifested, select Consignment from the side menu and then click on Maintain Consignments from the drop down menu Find the connote you need to modify and click on the connote number This will take you back to the create consignment screen where you can alter the consignment details were required.
Cancelling a Consignment
To cancel a consignment before it is manifested, select Maintain Consignment from the side menu. Then, find the connote you need to cancel and click on the delete button found on the top rightManifesting
This step is required for ALL bookings – it is the process to confirm the pickup and must be completed to ensure your booking is confirmed. Note: Remember to allow popups Once you have finished creating your consignments, select Manifests from the side menu & then click on
Manifest Consignments from the drop down menu. Select the consignment you would like to release & manifest by ticking the check box and then click okay release and manifest on pop up. A message will appear confirming it has been successful and you will be taken to a manifest screen, click on the icon found at the end to create the manifest & print a copy.
Booking History
To check that the pickup request has been successful, select Bookings then Booking History on the side menu. This will take to you a screen that will show you if your booking was successful or has failed. A successful booking will have a response of the account number followed by a bookingnumber ie 80185494:5331223 A failed booking will show a little red symbol on the left hand menu. Response / Status When successful a booking number will be displayed.
Tracking a Consignment
To track and trace a consignment, select Tracking from the side menu and click on Track Consignments.
- Select a date from the calendar
- Alternatively search by connote/ref/barcode field
- Once you have brought up the consignment details, you have the ability to get the Tracking Information, Lodge an Enquiry, Export the data into CSV format or View the POD should one be available. portal.oneflo.com.au
