Restarting the print spooler

Sometimes, the printer cannot be detected while trying to configure the printers for AutoPrint. If the printer is detectable on the computer, try restarting the Print Spooler service.

  1. Select Start > typing Services > Search for Print Spooler > Right click on the service > Click Restart

  2. You may need to log out of OneFlo and log back in to see the changes.

If this does not work, please contact your account manager or the customer service team at 1300 769 605 so they can raise a case with our IT department

Check the service logon details

If you use a service account for the AutoPrint installation, you may need to install the AutoPrint service using the local logon details in order for the service to detect the printers.

If AutoPrint is not working, and the service was installed using the service account, change the user details in the service logon to the local user, restart the print spooler service, then change the logon details back to the service account details.

Select the Log On tab at the top > Change the password to match the computer password > Click Apply and OK. The service will need to be started after the details are changed.

After the changes are saved, test the AutoPrint is working in OneFlo
