These settings must be changed on the user that is logged into the Autoprint service if it is a networked printer
There are two places where changes need to be made: Printing Preferences and Printing Defaults.
Navigate to the Control Panel > Open Devices and Printers . (The name may vary depending on which version of Windows you have. It may be called Printers and Scanners )
Right click the label printer, and select Printing preferences.
In the Options tab Change the printer settings to match the below:
Then Apply and OK.
Step 2: Change Printer Properties
Right click the label printer again, and select Printer Properties.
Click the Advanced tab > Printing Defaults... > Change the settings here to match the settings in step 3.
Please note
This option may not be available to you if the system is locked down by an administrator. If this is the case, please contact your internal IT department for assistance.
Then Apply and OK.
Calibrating the Printer
Calibrate the printer, through one of two methods;
When on site, facing the printer
Press and hold the feed button until you see 4 (four) consecutive flashes
The printer will print a couple of labels and stop.
Perform a test print and validate result. OR
Remotely (this may require elevated privileges)
Go to Devices and printers
Right click on the printer in question and select Printer properties
