Problem

I have completed the set-up of order lookup, and my files are not moving from the destination folder.

Below is an example of the process working as expected:

Solution

  1. Confirm that your device meets the technical requirements:
    1. Order Lookup - Technical Requirements
      1. Especially .Net Framework Installation
  2. Restart the "Message Transmitter" Service
  3. Access the directory to see if the issue is fixed.

We have an issue where the files produced by our ERP/WMS is no longer being picked up by the Message Transmitter Service.


We have tried:

  • Restarting the Service
  • Restarting the computer
  • ....list other changes tried.

The Files can be found at

  • C:\Users\Steven.Reynolds\Desktop\company\Export

Things that have changed recently

  • e.g. We had updates install on the weekend
