Solution
To troubleshoot this issue, please follow these steps:
- Press the Windows button > Search for Services > Navigate through the services to find OneFlo Autoprint service > Check if the service is running.
- If the service is not running, try restarting the service by clicking on the options to the left of the services or by right clicking on the service and selecting Start.
- Create a test consignment to ensure AutoPrint is working again
Restarting the AutoPrint service will cause all the attempted print jobs to print out, even if they have been manually printed afterwards. Please follow this article to stop the print jobs from printing: (Insert article about print jobs)
What if there is an error when trying to restart?
Sometimes an error will show with the following:
This means the password has changed on the computer and needs to be updated on the service.
In services > Right-Click on the OneFlo Autoprint Service > Select Properties > Select the Log On tab at the top > Change the password to match the computer password > Click Apply and OK. The service will need to be started again
