Problem

There is an error next to the booking I have created

Actions

The bookings errors are sent to our system from the carrier.

  1. Please read the error carefully as it can say what is wrong with the booking.

    For Example:

    A booking error from TNT

    "477: The booking time has passed for all services on the specified collection date."

    TNT Express has different cut off times for bookings for each suburb. Please check the cut off time for the collection suburb at https://www.tntexpress.com.au/interaction/bookcollectioncutoff.aspx

  2. A booking may say Not Transferred, these case be re-transferred by clicking the green cloud with the arrow
