OneFlo Order Lookup
OneFlo Order Lookup allows for consignment and Item level information to be automatically populated into OneFlo from a Customer's ERP/WMS. This information is then finalized/confirmed in the "Create Consignment" process before being submitted. 

  1. Simple Requirements from your ERP/WMS

  2. Scales from Basic Order Data to Complex SU/DG arrangements

  • Must be able to provide Order Level (Order Number, Receiver Details) Information.

    • Must be able to produce a file containing the information.
      OR

    • Must be capable of generating a RESTful API call containing the required information.

  • Item (Shipping Unit) information is optional but will help facilitate faster consigning.

CCI Integration
Centralized Carrier Integration (CCI) is a form of EDI that allows you to manifest consignments straight into Oneflo and automatically onto ANY carrier within your freight profile from your ERP/WMS.

If you want to continue using your existing 3PL or if you have your own system or WMS that is capable of generating consignments and printing labels, you can still use the rates we have provided to you by using our CCI Integration.

All consignments created against carriers that we have provided to you must be transmitted to us.

  1. Manage Consignment & label Generation generation out of your WMS/3PL

  2. Allows for a seamless integration between WMS/3PL and OneFlo

  • Must be able to Produce 100% Accurate Consignment and Item information.

  • Must be capable of Generating Carrier Compliant Labels

    • Including meeting Carrier Connote & Barcode Requirements

  • Must be capable of storing and using provided consignment ranges per carrier

API Web Services
Our API services are best used when your system is capable of integrating via web calls using REST.

  1. Perfect for an END to END solution out of a ERP/WMS that contains Order and SU data.

  2. Does not require ERP/WMS to maintain or generate carrier relevant data.

  3. Excellent for managing large consignment volumes.

  4. Partial OneFlo use optional

    1. i.e. Consignments created Automatically, w/manifesting process being manual, to allow for quality control.

  • Must be able to Produce 100% Accurate Consignment and Item information.

  • Must be capable of calling REST API's as per documentation
