Postback - Email (Legacy Option)

Postback can also be provided via Email if you don’t have an infrastructure to support an FTP / SFTP server.

Whilst Email is supported for transmitting postback reports, we don’t recommend configuring postback to be sent directly to a personal e-mail address. Postback reports are only to be consumed by your ERP / WMS to synchronise integrated systems.

Why is email not a good option?

Emails are discouraged for a number of reasons:

  1. Our system won’t be able validate the receipt on your end because Email is an asynchronous method of communication.

  2. Email can be fuzzy and can experience outages and delays.

If I want to receive a report of my consignments on a regular basis, what can I use?

Reporting is easy with OneFlo!

OneFlo has a Reporting - Business Intelligencearchived feature that allows you to view your consignments on-demand, without waiting for a report to be generated on a scheduled basis.
