Order Lookup - Order Reference Field Not Visible

The Order Reference Field is indicative of the Order Lookup Integration being active in your environment.

This is configured on an Account and User Level, As such it is possible for your logged in user to not see the required field.

I am unable to use the "Order Lookup" feature  due to the Order Reference Field not appearing.

  • Username: "xxxx"



Please ensure this is enabled.
