STOP!

Before proceeding, take note of the following:

  • Recommendation for AutoPrint is printing at least 30 consignments per day. Are you creating at least 30 consignments per day?

  • You will require administrator access to your computer to complete this setup.

  • Please check Autoprint  prerequisites AutoPrint - Technical Requirements

Step 1: Log into OneFlo

When logging into OneFlo, be sure you are logging in with the user that will be using AutoPrint. Do not alias into an account before installing. This will cause the installation to only work for the user that does the installation.

Step 2: Download the AutoPrint installer

Access the AutoPrint installer through this link: https://portal.oneflo.com.au/printerconfig/set-up

If your network has proxy configurations (check with your IT department), you may have issues running the installer above. If this is the case, please see: AutoPrint - Installation on Networks with Proxy

Step 3: Run the Installer

Locate the installer file you just downloaded: autoprint.application.installer.msi. Double click the file to run through the install process.

Tip: Most browsers will drop the download to the bottom of the screen, but this is also often found in your Downloads folder

Step 4: Generate the token

During the install process you will be asked for a token. The token is generated in OneFlo, in the AutoPrinting set up page (where the program is downloaded from)

Copy and paste the token into the installer then click Next.

There is currently a bug with the token where copying it will copy more than one line, it will need to be copied into a notepad before copying into the installer.

Step 5: Set the service logon

Reminder: These should be the username and password of the computer login that will be using Autoprint, not the OneFlo login.

If the computer users does not have a password you can use the following usernames without passwords:

  • NT AUTHORITY\Network Service - Where networked printers are used

  • NT AUTHORITY\Local Service - Where local printers are used

Tip: Locate the username for the computer

Control Panel > All Control Panel Items > User Accounts

The username can be found in the Configure advanced user profile properties section highlighted on the left of the window

Step 6: Configure the printers

Once the installation is complete, click on Config Printers in the AutoPrinting set-up to assign the printers that will generate the labels & connotes.

Here you can choose the default label printer and the default connote printer (A4).

Click on SAVE at the bottom of the page to finish the setup.

More Information

For more instructions about how to properly configure the printers to be suit you needs, check the AutoPrint - Configuring Printers page.

Step 7: Test the service is working as expected

To test the AutoPrint is working correctly by creating a consignment. This can be a live consignment or a dummy consignment (don’t forget to delete this afterwards).

Click on Consignments > Create Outbound > Fill out the form (with AutoPrint flag turned on by default) and click save.

AutoPrint - Troubleshooting
