Installation Procedure

STOP

Before proceeding, take note of the following:

  • Recommendation for AutoPrint is printing at least 30 consignments per day. Are you creating at least 30 consignments per day?
  • You will require administrator access to your computer to complete this setup.
  • Please check Autoprint  prerequisites Autoprint - Technical Requirements



  1. Access: https://portal.oneflo.com.au/printerconfig/set-up
  2. Download the Desktop application

    1. Alternatively, you can download the installer file for Autoprint from here autoprint.application.installer.msi

    2. Or OneFlo Autoprint.zip
    3. If your network has proxy configurations (check with your IT department), you may have issues running the installer above. If this is the case, please see: AutoPrint - Installation on Networks with Proxy
  3. Run the Installer
    1. Locate the installer file you just downloaded: autoprint.application.installer.msi
      1. Tip: Often found in your Downloads folder.
        1. Double click this file to run through the install process
  4. During the install process you will be asked for a token.


  5. Generate the token out of OneFlo
    1. Copy and paste it into the installer then hit next.


  6. Set Service Log in. Reminder: These should be the username of the login that will be using Autoprint
    The password is the password that is used to log into the computer. Enter them in to complete the installation process.

    1. Locate the username for the computer:
      1. Control Panel > All Control Panel Items > User Accounts
        1.  This is case sensitive and will need to be entered exactly as seen here. 
      2. The username can also be found in the Configure advanced user profile properties section highlighted on the left.


  7. Once the installation is complete, click on Config Printers in the AutoPrinting set-up to assign the printers that will generate the labels & connotes.


    Here you can choose the default label printer and the connote printer (A4).


    Click on SAVE to finish the setup.

    To commence consigning, click on Consignments > Create Outbound to commence consigning (with AutoPrint flag turned on by default).


If at any stage you do not want to print the label automatically, you can turn off AutoPrint using the check box located under the SAVE button. This will show the labels and connotes in a PDF pop up window
